Hello, I was wondering if anyone has any insights on how to measure the value of the AI Assistant. Has anyone quantified the benefits of using an AI Assistant such as time saved in a day-to-day workload, accuracy of answers provided, increased win rates, and other such metrics?

Hello @Effie Koutsoff! We started using the AI digital assistant at the end of Dec in 2023...right now we are seeing it answer some of our narrative questions with an initial pass at 30 seconds.... previously it could have taken our writers 5-10 min to manually find the Q&A pairs that they wanted to blend together. This time savings has allowed us to have more time (with same head count and increase in projects, project complexity, and increase in solutions/services we offer) so that we can personalize our responses to the prospect. I do track quarterly metrics of how much of our Q&A is answered by Auto Respond (which is a form of AI) and then how much the Digital Assistant is helping us as well. I was going to wait a quarter to see if we have a difference in win rate with our AI usage. We also use internal surveys with sales to measure the work of the proposal team...I too will be seeing if there is an uptick on us creating a compelling response, showing more industry expertise, etc with the use of the AI. With Auto-Respond and general use of Responsive we did see an uptick in our win rate last year...but right now the win rate outcome is still up in the air as many of our projects can take a month or so after submission to know if we made it to the next round.
