Client has reached out requesting to update/change the alert message user receives when they use auto-respond while there are questions that have been answered. Currently, auto-respond will prompt that there are no matches giving the false impression to users that no matches have been found, but in reality it cannot find matches because the questions have been answered.
Instead, if user tries to use auto-respond while some questions have been answered. Can we alert and mention somewhere along the lines that if questions have been answered then auto-respond will not detect any matches.
This will at least alert the user that they may have answers filled already and would need to remove them if they want to use auto-respond instead of stating "No matches".
