A client recently complained that alternate answers are not easy to distinguish in the Recommendation Engine, to the point where she thought they were not loading. This would have been a detractor for her team as they work for different product lines and need to be able to find the appropriate answer quickly.
When the first answer for a recommendation is lengthy, this makes the next answer hard to find. Another factor is that the response header for alternate answers is in the same font size as the rest of the answer, so it's not immediately obvious where the answer begins.
To help resolve, alternate answers should be truncated and response headers should be larger in the Recommendation Engine.
