Content Expiry Handling

Hello All,

Im really interested to see how you all handle content that sits expired for an extended period within RFPIO? We have defined a process whereby once content is over 60 days since expiry we manually remove it from 'view- everyone' access to make it hidden and remove the risk of the expired content being used. However, although we pester our content owners to complete reviews, there are some QA pairs we have now that are over 100 days since expiry. Would you archive them? Or even delete them? Interested to see the process others use! It would be great for RFPIO to build in better expiry handling features! :)

We ran into that with a specific team not reviewing their content. We usually send a weekly reminder to owners of content in review and ask them to review it. With this particular group, a period of time went by and they hadn't reviewed it (It was probably 75 Q&A pairs). At that point we said they could either review it by X date, or we were going to delete it. They told us to go ahead and delete it. Before we did that, we exported it from the system so we had a copy, then we deleted.
