We need to allow the ability to save back sections along with subsections back to the library. A check mark "do you want to save all the subsections along with this parent section" when creating a template.

Enhancement Custom Project Type Options = Auto Invite
auto invite is not an option when creating a custom public project type within organization settings > request management > type and then selecting 'public RFP'. This means you'll have to select it every time you start a new public RFP project.
