The client is attempting to import a PDF document that contains checkbox fields. During the import process, the checkbox fields are correctly mapped as Answer Type: Checkbox. However, upon export, the system either removes the selected answers entirely or places the answers within the question field instead.
Additionally, when the PDF is converted to a Word document, the formatting becomes distorted (attached for reference), and the checkbox fields are no longer recognized correctly during import.
The client’s requirement is to ensure that checkbox responses are accurately mapped during import and exported back to the original source file without any loss of data or formatting issues.
