State Street SSIM team leverages project templates and recently noticed that if a record in the library was archived and that answer is tied to a Project Template, there is no notification that the answer source is now moved to Archive. This is opening their team to risk of using outdated content. They are requesting that a library icon indicator appear if the source content has been moved to the Archive. The user should then be able to choose an updated answer to apply to the Project Template.
