Hi Team,
Some users have mentioned that they cannot find the Pending Notifications Queue icon:
However, I know it's expected behavior that If there are no notifications the icon doesn't appear.
I can add a note to the Manage Pending Notifications Help Center article, but it also might alleviate confusion by making the icon static and adding verbiage that says "No Pending Notifications" when users click on it.
