We can currently search for Q&A by record number - which for some reason we call "Unique Identifier". However, there are two issues I can see:
1) Our Unique Identifiers all have the prefix "RFPIO" - e.g. RFPIO1099 etc. In order to retrieve records, you have to type the RFPIO string before the number. This adds 5 unnecessary keystrokes. Surely if you are searching in that field, we could dispense with the requirement to have the prefix
2) It does not seem to be possible to retrieve more than one record at a time. So, if you Type in RFPIO1099, RFPIO4023 etc, you get zero results returned.
Customers often become familiar with the ID numbers for particular records, and find that is the fastest way of retrieving them - the two issues above make this process more complicated in RFPIO than in other solutions.
