Hi Team,
By default we have a lot of words in 'custom stop words'. We also have 'name' and ' namely' as words added to custom stop words.
Most questionnaires have 'Name of the organization' or 'name' as the initial question in the company information section in RFPs. Can we remove 'Name' from the custom stop words list. This would give more appropriate keyword matches in auto - respond.
Most of the time, we find the auto - respond answer to a question like this incorrect and that throws the prospect offtrack during a demo.
