This is a need from Optum.
They use an AL custom field called "Graphics File Name". They would like to search that field for only specific phrases to ensure they are returning the correct results. However, if they try to search something like "AND-111", any other file names with AND or 111 appear in the results. This results in a need to then manually review the results further, which creates extra work and is not ideal.
