Hi team,
I was on a call with my client, Quadient, yesterday and they were asking me why a Q&A pair wasn't sent to moderation after edits were made. I looked into this more and noticed that the Question was the only part that was edited and no edits were made to the response. My client was under the impression that ANY edits to the Q&A pair would send it to moderation (I was under this impression too). I tested this on my end and can replicate this behavior.

Can we consider providing Admins the option in Org Settings to select what edits should trigger content being sent to moderation (question edits, metadata edits, etc)?
