I just spoke with FeedZai and they had a few different questions but the one that was more of a suggestion was if we could autosave new questions answered with an existing Q&A pair as an alternative question.
They are looking to do a mass Answer Library clean up and think having this automated would not only cut down on time cleaning but help better manage content quality and improve their auto-respond %.
Their example being: If we are filling out a new RFP and come across a question that can be answered with an existing Q&A pair can there be an automated way to have it saved as an alternative question to the already used Q&A pair without having to manually select the 3 dots and create it as an Alternative Question?
