Hi team,
I was just on a call with Optum and they brought up a good point around product parity that I think would benefit other clients as well.
On the project side, when you are logged out and log back in, you get a message in the bottom right corner to 'Pick back up where you left off', which takes you back to the spot you were working on in the Project prior to logging out.
Optum would like to have a similar message on the Answer Library side, where the notification would pop up in the bottom right and take you back to the Q&A pair you were working on prior to logging out.
The use case for this is they have a 30-minute session timeout and would love to be able to pick back up where they left off (editing Q&A pairs, reviewing content, etc.) prior to being logged out.
They would also like a timeout warning message (or countdown) prior to being kicked out of RFPIO, so they could know to save their content before the session times out.
Any thoughts?
