Hi Team,
After we have made the change to configure both question and answer in the same column it has been very useful to import any type of excel document.
However, one strange behaviour is that the drop-down options are not automatically detected if we configure the questions first and then we move to configure the answers when both are present in the same column.
The below video should cover the scenario in entirety. In the video, first I have configured the answer alone, where all the drop-downs are detected automatically, next I try configuring the questions and then mark the answers where the system is not detecting all the dropdown options.

This results in the import capturing incorrect inputs, thereby affecting response and export.
