As I was re-uploading new versions to DL docs with the 2021 copyright footer, I was struck by inspiration for an S4.
Here's what the process is now:
1. A new version of a document is uploaded to RFPIO
2. RFPIO changes the document name to the file name
3. User searches for the file in the DL
4. User updates the file name with the original document name
Here's my suggested process:
1. New version is uploaded
2. RFPIO retains the original title saved in the DL, rather than defaulting to the file name.
