Hi all,
I am currently in a competitive POC Account trial against Loopio (and the prospect is using Seismic, so we're definitely going head-to-head)! For some reason, there is a major bug in the trial environment that is resulting in incorrect "Last Updated" dates across the entire Answer Library.
POC Account Environment: Principal Global Investors
Current Problem:
After uploading all of the content via the Template Import and mapping the "Last_Modified" column as "Last Updated' within RFPIO, the data is coming into RFPIO in a nonexistent date format: 0013-10-12 (see below).

Last updated date is incredibly important to them as they are hoping to migrate a very large amount of data from their current manual process to RFPIO. It is important to note that if you edit a single record, the Last Updated Date then updates properly to today's date, however, that is not the goal on initial import.
Problem-Solving Thus Far:
In order to retain the previous Last Updated date, I exported the responses and kept the unique RFPIO_ID while also using the prospect's Question_ID as an additional reference.
I then used a VLookup in Excel to properly map the correct Modified / Last Updated Date to the prospect's unique Question_ID to correct the incorrect dates exported from RFPIO and produce the correct date by Question_ID. I then copied and pasted those VALUES to remove the formulas, just in case that would interfere with the import.
I then imported the corrected file (testing both with the date as DATE and as GENERAL formatting in Excel) using the Import Updates feature.
The same result occurred as is shown in the above screenshot.
Documents for Reference/Product Testing:
Master List & Updated Owners -- The initial import document into the Answer Library
AnswerLibrary_ImportUpdates -- My "Import Updates" file to fix the issue.
We will be meeting again tomorrow morning at 8am PST with this prospect for our second trial training session. Do you believe we may be able to find and correct the bug in time?
Thank you so much for your help on this! Please reach out with any clarifying questions!
