Hi team,
I was holding a Project training with a client (IPRO) and we ran into an odd error when exporting to source but selecting a custom font color.
The client chose to export to source > selected all text be red > generated export package. Upon clicking to download, the file showed as an error and was downloading as an HTML file?
I tried replicating the issue today and it is no longer occurring, but I've seen this issue in the past and wanted to bring it to someone's attention as it makes for an awkward training session with a client when it does happen.
Is this expected or do we know why this might occur?
