As Optum continues to add more groups to the application, they're finding that their Q&A records are feeling messy. Each group tends to have data they need to track on records, and therefore more custom fields get created. While they organize these custom fields into groups, the number of groups is growing and users are getting annoyed by having to scroll so much to get to the custom fields they specifically use.
One idea is to borrow the "project type" concept, where we allow the users to designate "content type", for which specific custom fields will only show. Another idea was to provide functionality similar to how users can modify their own facets.
