The last video of this help center article Uploading Content to the Answer Library – Home (Zendesk.com) : (https://rfpio.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005864113-How-to-Upload-Content-to-the-Answer-Library) is very confusing. It is a video of someone mapping an excel document but they mark a column called "alternate question" as Answer. Can we get a more accurate representation of a mapping video here, please?
