I know many of us have S4'd the desire to have the Question Attachment Text appear in the response when applying a Q&A pair (that has an attachment) from the AL. And I just about agree with the official justification as to why we don't do that - which is to maintain the integrity of the response text entered by Content Owners.
I'm talking about this:

But...I have a different scenario....I am currently working on an RFI in which I wish to apply multiple attachments to responses (but not the answer text itself). The application permits you to attach just the file:

This use case is, in effect, almost exactly the same as when we attach a file using the paperclip icon (when the app does apply the Question Attachment Text), and it is very frustrating that the application does not apply the text when attaching from the Recommendations view. Note - I am sourcing these attachments from the AL as it requires far fewer clicks than obtaining them from the DL.
I know there is a low probability that we will implement this, but I wanted to bring it to the UX team's attention nonetheless.
