Hi Team,
I have a prospect - IOActive - who have their own POC instance. My contact there imported a bunch of pre-existing, pre-formatted work into the sections tab and has been running into issues ever since.
I'm not sure if this reflects what he imported, or if there's an issue in our rich text capability, but he's had problems with line spacing, indentations, bolding (and an inability to unbold), random text size changes, really everything you can imagine.
Luckily he's a strong champion, but others within the org - who he is showing us off to - are not yet convinced, and this could be a bad look for us.
I can share the Gong recording link with anyone who might be interested.

This looks like a bug. Can you please share the document where they are facing the issue and share the gong recording which helps us to reproduce the bug.
