A feature enhancement request is made by a client from PRISYMID in a support ticket. It is regarding the Clarification tab in the Project overview.
Unless there is any open clarification in the project, It is always displayed as 0 Clarifications. But if we click on that button there are few answered clarifications inside the project. But if there an open clarifications it displays like 1(count) Open clarification.
So client considers it as misleading information.
Assuming if there are 12 clarifications in which 3 open, The customer states that, either It should be displayed as 3 Open clarification or should be displayed as 12 Clarifications and 3 Open clarification.
If there are 12 clarifications left and 0 open clarifications, It should be displayed as 12 Clarifications and 0 Open clarifications. The client suggesting to re-label the dashboard element.

Hi Team,
Thanks for submitting the idea. We removed the clarification status indicator in the Overview page. We do not do an enhancement to the V1 page. May I know why the PRISYMID id is not using the New UI. Is it because of the feature parity or anything that lets the client not using the new UI.?
