We have a scenario - One of our client adds a comment on a QA pair in the moderation queue. The addressed user is not able to view it as they are not a moderator or a role that will allow them to view or edit in the moderation queue. So the client has come up with few requests to see if that is possible for any future enhancement.
Below in his words -
For use cases where moderators need to discuss content in moderation with non-moderating users.
1) If we can have the Email template for this notification customized in Cigna's instance, to include the AL ID number (this is a custom, auto-incremental field), that would give the user a more efficient way to access the content via manual search in the Answer Library.
2) If it's possible to have this include a hyperlink that points to the Answer Library, searching our custom AL ID Number field for the AL ID number listed (including the prefix "AL"), that would give them a way to click directly in to see the content in the Library rather than in Moderation. This would be most clear if the email is updated to note that the other links point to the content in Moderation, if in Moderation, but this new custom link points to the content as it is in the Answer Library.
3) It would be even more clear, if we were able to have an additional Email Notification created specifically for when comments are made to content that is In Moderation, and have the trigger for notifications updated to trigger the appropriate email depending on the moderation status of the content.
