Fiserv is leveraging the 'All' review process in the Answer Library. However, they noticed when one of the Owners on a Q&A pair completes their review (without making any edits) and there are still others to complete theirs, you can't see that the one owner completed their review in Activities.
I feel like this should be shown in Activities so users can see who has completed their Review and keep track of that.
Example: Brandon and I are Owners on a Q&A pair with 'All' Review process enabled. I've completed my Review so Brandon still needs to complete his. You cannot see that I completed my review in Activities.
