Hi Team,
This one is from Archerim. We have the share content with other Business units option in the AL set to None by default, but the client would like to have All as the default setting for their instance.
In their own words - "We would like the ability to control the default setting for the "Share content with other Business Units" field for all of our Question and Answer pairs. For example, in our environment we would like all Q&A pairs to be shared to "All" rather than the default "None". We understand users can be trained to change this, but it would be more ideal to have the ability to change the default from the org settings. Thank you."
Please check if this idea would be feasible for future updates.

Hi Sumana,
Thanks for submitting this Idea. I could understand the customer would like to have the Business Units to ALL by default. But It has several Impacts because BU is a common. We cannot segregate BU with respect to Content Library alone. Let me consider if we get the similar feedback from the clients.
