Client has three tips for improving the New UI view to make it more user-friendly. They claim to have already submitted this but send this to support again as three pointers listed below.
- Please add tabs back to the top of the page. I do not like that I have to click open a menu and then scroll down to navigate to About, Discussions, Documents, etc. My workflow has gotten more complicated. Maneuvers that used to take me 1 click to achieve now take 2-4 clicks.
- The font size is very small. Many pages have large amounts of negative space, so it doesn't seem like there is a good reason for the font to be so small. It is difficult to read.
- Please display the project number more prominently – preferably at the top of the page so it is always there no matter what you are doing in the project. My team uses this number a lot and it is cumbersome to have to navigate into the About page every time I want to confirm it.
Please check for the feasibility and take it forward

I am in discussion with the team and I will revert back to you once done.
May I know which page they felt unreadable because of small font. A bit more clarity would be helpful.
We will consider this request if we have similar feedbacks from the clients.

Deepan, they felt all pages were too small font in the new UX. There's a nice video of them walking through all their issues if you'd like to review it. I sent it to the UX Feedback distro. Overall though, they felt the fonts used were just too small across the new UX.
