Preserve alt text for diagrams and tables on Content Library import/export- TKT-223579

support

Alt Text sample.docx

Retain and display alt text embedded in diagrams and tables when content is imported into the Content Library and exported/copied to Word or other formats.

Alt text is stripped on import (both as a Q&A pair and as an attachment), is not visible within Responsive, and does not carry through on export.

Impact: Blocks the customer's accessibility policy compliance; relevant to other accessibility-driven customers.

Preethi

@support Thanks for sharing the S4. Instead of having the image in alternative text why would the customer not have this as an attachment or a document in library and then embedded it to a Q&A pair? May I know which customer requested this?
