Use Case / Current Behavior:
During project import, the customer is experiencing unexpected mapping behavior when importing questions and their corresponding labels.
The customer has confirmed that the question is present in the same row as the corresponding label. However, during the import, the first question in the section is being assigned the labels associated with the subsequent question, causing the question/label mapping to become shifted.
The current behavior has been confirmed by the Technical team as expected functionality, where the system relies on the question being available before the corresponding label during import. However, this limitation can result in incorrect mapping even when the question and label are provided in the expected row structure.
Customer Impact:
- Questions and labels can become incorrectly mapped during import.
- Subsequent questions/data may appear shifted.
- Users may need to manually correct the imported data.
- The current behavior can be confusing when the import file contains the question and corresponding label in the same row.
Requested Enhancement:
Enhance the import functionality so that the system correctly identifies and maps a question to its corresponding label based on the row structure in the import file, without incorrectly assigning labels from subsequent questions.
Ideally, the import process should preserve the one-to-one question and label relationship within each row, including for the first question in a section.
