I'm raising this request on behalf of our Enterprise client State Street Bank & Trust
Current Limitation:
- In split-screen mode on the Answering page, the Comments/Recommendations/Activities panel is difficult to use.
- The panel disappears when switching views and, when opened, can cover the entire screen.
- After applying a recommendation, there is no clear visual indication that the recommendation was inserted into the answer field.
Proposed Solution:
- Improve the panel behavior and responsiveness in split-screen mode.
- Keep the panel accessible without covering the entire screen.
- Provide a clear visual confirmation when a recommendation is applied to the answer.
Benefits to State Street:
- Improved usability and efficiency when working in split-screen mode.
- Easier access to comments, recommendations, and activities.
- Better user confidence by clearly confirming when recommendations are applied.
