Fujifilm Healthcare UK receive 90% of their RFPs via Jaggaer. Their IT team are exporting to excel and upon upload Responsive recognize these as Jaggaer files and they are unable to do any configuration of file mapping - They have asked if they can still display the manual mapping screen.
This is a hindrance to adoption so would be great for this customer please.
