Title: Prevent QA pairs from leaving the review queue when the next review date is updated during an active review
Problem Statement:
When a QA pair is in the review queue and a user edits it, updating the next review date while the Scheduled Review task interval is set to 0 days causes the item to immediately leave the review queue upon clicking Save.
This occurs because the system recalculates the review task based on the new review date. With a 0-day interval, no active review task exists until the review date itself, so the item is moved back to the library queue.
While this is the current intended behavior, it creates confusion for users who expect Save to preserve the ongoing review and only update the content's next review date.
Customer Impact:
- Users perceive that clicking Save bypasses the review process.
- Items disappear from the review queue unexpectedly.
Requested Enhancement:
Allow QA pairs that are already in an active review workflow to remain in the review queue after Save, even if the next review date is updated. The review should only exit the queue when the reviewer explicitly completes or cancels the review, rather than as a side effect of recalculating the scheduled review task.
