Using Responsive to respond to Proposal Tech RFPs

Question

We currently work with brokers who primarily use the Proposal Tech system for issuing RFPs. They require the responses to be added/ uploaded to their system. Since Proposal Tech is also an RFP management system, what are the best practices for using Responsive to handle Proposal Tech RFPs. A recent example: The Proposal Tech export for a recent proposal contains over 1800 questions, most containing specific answer format requirements. Responsive mapping did not work well and required significant manually mapping. What are the best practices, tips for making this work within Responsive.

Responsive now has a third party portal integration developed especially for this kind of situation. Using the LookUp browser plug-in and Responsive AI you are able to apply responses directly into the portal or export the portal as a project into Responsive. If you have not tried this feature I highly recommend it.
