Summary
When a user updates tag or collection filters under Answer Library Search in Project Settings, the same filters should automatically be applied to the AI Assistant settings (and vice versa). Currently, the two filter configurations are independent, requiring users to manually update both to keep them in sync.
Problem statement
In standard project mode, teams typically filter the Answer Library Search by tags or collections tied to a specific product, to ensure recommendations are relevant. However, AI Assistant does not inherit these filters by default. This means users can inadvertently receive – and apply – AI-generated content sourced from a different product, without realising it, unless they manually check and replicate the filter settings in the AI Assistant tab.
Expected behaviour
Any filter update made in either Answer Library Search or AI Assistant (within Project Settings) should automatically be reflected in the other. The two settings should stay in sync by default.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a project and go to Sections > Menu > Project Settings.
- Navigate to the Answer Library Search tab and apply a tag/collection exclusion filter.
- Navigate to the AI Assistant tab.
- Observe that the filter has not carried over.
