Enhancement Request Description:
Customers currently cannot export records directly from the Archive. To export archived records, they must first move the records back to the Content Library, apply temporary tags or collections to keep track of them, perform the export, and then rearchive the records afterward.
This workflow is time-consuming and introduces unnecessary administrative overhead, especially when customers need to quickly export archived content for audits, meetings, compliance reviews, or reporting.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide the ability to export records directly from the Archive without requiring them to be unarchived first.
Business Value:
- Eliminates the need to temporarily unarchive records.
- Removes the dependency on creating temporary tags or collections to track records.
- Saves time and reduces manual effort.
- Preserves the integrity of the archive while allowing customers to access data when needed.

Customer Use Case:
The customer needed to export a set of archived records for a meeting. Since direct export is not supported, they would have to unarchive the records, create a temporary tag or collection to track them, export the records, and then move them back to the archive. They requested a more streamlined approach that allows exporting directly from the Archive.
