PROD-I-538 Project responses - Radio buttons

This request is from Kaiser:

If importing a file into a project and they select radio/check box in Answer Type they have to give it values. If they then come into another question 5 sections later, they can't have new values for those radio buttons.

This came from a support ticket from our team.

@Pablo Ojeda I looked at the recording they have shared in the ticket. Their ask is to select answer options and mark it as non-text answer (Radio). That said, ability to identify answers with radio option is on our 2024 roadmap. I cannot provide an exact timeline now as we haven't started on the POC/Feasibility check. Only based on that I will be able to provide a timeline commitment.

Is it possible to share the original/source file?

@Pablo Ojeda Ability to mark a radio answer type in the word file is being considered for a POC/Feasibility check in Q4. Based on the outcome, we will be able to share when we can have this feature rolled out to production.

Do you know they also get word RFPs with checkboxes?

@Erica Nelson we haven't started on the tech feasibility check for Radio Options in the word files. We are currently working on supporting checkboxes in the word doc. However, supporting radio options is in our 2025 roadmap. Once we complete checkbox, we will take Radio as next. That said, committing a timeline is not possible as we do not know the outcome and might need more time to explore different methods.
