Description:
When exporting a project to Excel from the Responsive platform, bullet point formatting is not preserved. The content displays correctly within the Responsive interface, but the exported Excel file renders bullet points as a single block of text within the cell, rather than on separate lines. Additionally, unwanted page break lines appear in the exported cells. So client would like better bullet point formatting in Excel sheet in future.
Customer Impact:
This issue affects the usability of the export function and requires customers to manually fix formatting after every export – adjusting alignment and removing page break lines. This is not a sustainable workaround for teams relying on exports for documentation or reporting. Please see below E-34, 39.
