The customer is unable to unlink a document from a question or project without deleting it. There is no dedicated "unlink" option available – the only action removes the file entirely from project, which is not the desired behaviour.
Customer ask
Provide the ability to detach/unlink a document from a question or project while keeping the document intact in the PROJECT.
Current behaviour
No unlink option exists for documents attached to questions in projects. Deleting the attachment permanently removes the file.
Expected behaviour
Users should be able to unlink a document from a question or project without deleting it from the system. For example, a pop up like this when we try to delete the document. For now this only appears, when a document is attached with many content.
