Description:
Currently, the system only supports answer mapping from the column immediately adjacent to the question column (e.g., if the question is in Column A, the answer must be in Column B). The system is unable to recognise an answer located in a non-adjacent column, such as Column D.
This is a limitation for customers who have additional columns (e.g., Description or other metadata fields) placed between the question and answer columns in their import file — the system fails to identify the intended answer column in such cases, disrupting their workflow.
As a result, the answer shows up in the Question column itself.
Expected behaviour:
The system should be able to map answer columns that are not immediately adjacent to the question column, allowing users to define or select the answer column regardless of its position relative to the question column.
