currently if a client adds a manually added section, the Q&A pair will lose the linked Q&A icon to see where the question comes from in the source document. This is frustrating for FGS (and other gov't based clients) because they will manually add additional sections often, and losing the link to the Q&A source becomes confusing. Please consider improving this for platform consistency.
