The date stamp is the preferred information to show when viewing a Comment attached to a Q&A pair. The user must hover over the time stamp to see the date the Comment was made. Hiding the time, and showing the date is preferred and would eliminate the need to track the timeline of 'tagging' other users on a separate log.
