Current Workflow
Eightfold’s internal RFX operations team currently manages the end-to-end RFX process using Responsive. Once an RFX is received:
- The organizing team ingests the RFX and creates the project.
- Relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts are invited to collaborate.
- Contributors support the response process throughout the project lifecycle.
- Upon project completion, notification emails are triggered to involved team members.
The customer is satisfied with the existing project lifecycle and collaboration experience.
Enhancement Request
At the project completion stage, the customer would like the ability to gather feedback from the participating stakeholders/team members regarding their experience supporting the project.
They are requesting either:
- A built-in survey/feedback functionality triggered during project closure, or
- A configurable workflow/automation that allows the organizing team to collect stakeholder feedback after project completion.
Expected Outcome
This capability would help the organizing/RFX operations team:
- Measure stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration experience.
- Understand challenges faced during project execution.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Improve future cross-functional engagement and participation.
- Track internal support effectiveness across projects.

Potential implementation approaches could include:
- Post-project feedback popup or email survey.
- Configurable survey templates with rating and comments.
- Automated feedback request sent to collaborators after project closure.
- Dashboard/reporting for stakeholder satisfaction trends.
- Optional anonymous feedback collection.
- Workflow integration with project completion notifications.
Business Value
This feature would strengthen stakeholder engagement measurement and help organizations improve operational efficiency and collaboration quality within the RFX process.
