Philips North America (Informatics) - Increased Visibility on Attached Files in a QA pair

Client Ask:

Their goal is when editing attachments in Q&A pairs in the content library, there is very poor visibility to the file names (especially if it’s more than a few characters) and whether it’s a document that is or is not linked to the document library (there’s a barely visible icon when it is directly from the document library).

They are currently updating the attachments in several Q&A pairs and it’s very problematic working with the interface, especially since some of the Q&A pairs have multiple attachments.

@ginno There are 3 problems discussed here. I would like to understand bit more about the same

1. Regarding the poor visibility to file names, are you saying if the file name is long there is no way to view the full file name on hover after it is uploaded?
2. I understand that if any attachment is uploaded from document library, the indication that it is from document library is not very clear. Are you referring to this little icon?
   
3. You said the customer mostly have multiple attachments in almost all Q&A pairs and they are facing issue. What kind of issue are they facing? Are you referring to above two issue or any other issue?
