Customer Requirement:
The customer - glen.tamm@wolterskluwer .com would like the ability to automatically assign moderators to content based on the collection where the content is saved. Currently, moderators are configured globally or assigned manually at the record level, which requires additional manual steps.
Use Case:
The customer has multiple business units and collections (e.g., Health, Legal, Compliance), each managed by different SMEs. When content from a project is saved to the Content Library and routed to a specific collection, they want the relevant SME for that collection to be automatically assigned as the moderator.
