Q: Can searching past projects search under completed projects? Or do they need to be under current projects?

A: It can look through current, completed and archived projects. You have the ability to manage this in Organization Settings so you can customize it to fit your needs!

Q: Do we still need to request access to past project search, or is it available for everyone?

A: If you don't see it in your projects already/ you don't see it as an option in Org Settings > Response Projects > Project Preferences > Answer Library, then you may need to reach out to your CSM to enable it for you. Its a free feature!

Q: Does key metrics include time spent per question?

A: Yes, it does include avg time spent per question. You should see it under 'Key metrics' towards the bottom of the report.

Q: Is there any plans to have past project search available in the Content Library and not just in active projects? For quick references on how we responded. Especially if the referenced project is archived it makes things easier to find.

A: At this time, its not on our immediate roadmap but we will surface your feedback to our team!

Q: Standard questionnaires? Where can I find this?!!

A: It is an automatic feature :) When you upload the document, it will recognize and map for you! If you don't experience this, please connect with our support team!
