How do you access help?

I've been trying to find instructions on how to edit/change collections setting but I cannot find any information. The Help button in the app is a dead end and finding anything on this community page is a HUGE time suck. The Search feature is a joke! Where do I go to look up this basic information?

For step-by-step guidance inside the platform, your best resources will be our Help Center and Academy:

Please make sure you’re logged in before searching, as some resources and options are limited when you’re not signed in.

Also, when you click the Help (?) icon inside the platform, it surfaces these same resources along with a few additional options. You’ll also see the Chat with Support option there, which connects you directly with our live support team and they typically respond within minutes.

Regarding your question about editing collections, you can follow these steps:

* Navigate to Organization Settings
* Select Content Library → Collections
* Select the collection you want to edit
* Click Edit and choose the appropriate options to make your changes

If you need to assign the collection to individual users:

* Click the Select users radio button
* Choose the user from the drop-down menu
* Click Update

One additional tip: the Help button inside the platform only displays help articles that are relevant to the page you’re currently viewing. For example, if you’re working with a collection inside the Content Library, the Help panel will surface articles related specifically to collections. If you’re searching for something broader, opening the Help Center directly and searching there is usually the fastest way to find what you need.
