In a Project, under Project Documents sections, a document is upload a new folder. When we create another new folder and upload the same document, we are getting a duplicate document toast message.

However, customer states that this can be challenging where there work on multiple lots in a single project. Posting customer's comments below for more context. Duplicate checks across folders is what customer is concerned about.
"As an RFP solution provider, you’ll be aware that when an RFP includes multiple lots, each lot effectively functions as its own mini-RFP. As a result, all required documents must be submitted separately for each lot, even when the exact same system or content is being offered.
This is precisely why structuring an offer through folders is so critical. While it makes sense for Responsive to perform duplication checks within a single folder, applying those checks across different folders does not align with real-world tendering requirements. Receiving a warning or notification would be helpful, but completely blocking uploads across folders creates a compliance risk and is not aligned with global tender regulations.
I would therefore kindly urge you to investigate this behaviour and align the solution more closely with RFP and tendering laws, so customers can build complete, compliant offers directly within Responsive."
