In the answering page in project, there is a filter to find all the 'Answered' and 'Unanswered' questions.
But even some of the 'Unanswered' questions could have contents in the answer box.
So, if we want to filter all the questions that have blank answer in it, we need a new filter in the search bar in the answering page.
