Can we change the order of reviewers?
Yes. You can manually update the reviewer order directly within the workflow settings.

When should licenses be assigned during evaluation?
License assignment timing depends on your rollout approach. Your Customer Success Manager can help determine the best strategy based on your use case.

Will feedback on the new Help Center article designs be shared?
Yes. This feedback has been noted and will be shared with the Help Center team for consideration.

How should Projects be used for questionnaire responses?
This is being confirmed with the product team to ensure best practice guidance is shared.

How are documents added in the Profile Center used?
Documents added to the Profile Center are used as reference content and can support downstream features like analysis and responses.

Where do we access Fit Analysis once it is enabled?
You can access Fit Analysis from the 9 dot menu in the upper left corner of the platform.

Does Agent Studio prompting support a specific format?
Prompting is flexible, but additional clarification is needed to recommend the best format for your specific use case.

How do we handle multiple reviewers with different needs?
There are several configuration options available depending on whether reviewers need parallel or structured review paths.

Can an answer be revised to exclude a specific source?
Yes. You can revise an answer and remove or exclude specific sources as needed.

How are CRM deals included in the platform?
Deal values can be pulled directly from the CRM and used where applicable within workflows.

What should we do if a submitted ticket has no response?
The issue can be followed up internally to ensure it is reviewed and addressed.

Does the platform integrate with VantagePoint?
Not at this time, but it is on the roadmap for future consideration.

Are there tips for improving Fit Analysis Agent prompting?
Yes. There is a prompting guide available that outlines best practices and examples.

Is sequential review supported?
Yes. Sequential review is designed for scenarios where one reviewer must complete their review before the next begins.
