Bulk updates to review process should not impact current expiry date
Bulk updates to metadata should not have to impact the review cycle. For instance, if I would like to move a collection that is currently in review into sequential review, I have to update the expiration date to the future (even though the records are currently expired as of 1/1/2025). I should be able to convert the review process to sequential while keeping the Q&As existing expiration date because the expiration date identifies when the content expired. The process of how content is reviewed should not impact the expiration date/review date.
